kentuck's JournalDOJ requesting "expedited appeal".
They are questioning the legitimacy of the "Special Master" and also, the jurisdiction of the Judge chosen by Trump and his lawyers.
This should be an interesting week for the 11th Circuit. How quick will they act on this request by the DOJ?
Will they rule against the "Special Master" and send it back to its original jurisdiction in Palm Beach?
If they did that, would Trump and his lawyers try to appeal that decision?
Will the 11th Circuit agree with the agenda and calendar of the DOJ by turning over all documents to the DOJ and shortening the calendar?
If the 11th Circuit does not agree with the DOJ, will they appeal to the Supreme Court?
Too Big To Indict?
Will Trump ever be indicted?
Very few would expect the former president to be indicted before the next election. They believe it could adversely affect the election results. That seems to be the general consensus.
Are his crimes too serious to simply ignore? Could they be neglected to the point where there could be a possible backlash from voters? A "toothless tiger"?
For the sake of justice and democracy, it is a necessary requirement.
However, the question is, "When?"
Will it be after the J6 Committee finish their work? Or does it not matter?
The problem is that if they go too long without an indictment, there is the pitfall of a possible backlash by voters.
The people desire justice and their patience is in limited supply.
Election is coming quickly. Will the people vote with or against the "fascists"?
Will they know the difference?
Can the American people be trusted to defend their own Constitution?
Will they vote to maintain our democracy, with all its flaws, or will they vote for a fascist, authoritarian government?

History 101 - A Violent Attempted Coup
On January 6th, 2021, there was a violent coup attempt to overthrow our government. There were further plans for violence than those that reportedly occurred. Violent militias had stashed their weapons in motel rooms across the river and in the trunks of their cars, waiting for the declaration of martial law and the Insurrection Act from their Leader, Donald J Trump.
It is important to note that not all the Trump supporters were "violent". Tens of thousands came to Washington from all over the country, to show support for their Leader. They were not part of any militia. They were mostly part of the tribe, or cult, that supported their beloved Leader. They were there only to add numbers to those violent supporters whose intent was to overthrow the government of the United States and install Donald J Trump as their President.
They were not all the same. Although, almost to a person, they all believed that Donald J Trump had won the last election. But, they were not all "violent". That is a distinction that should be made.
However, the sheer number of supporters permitted the violent militia members to overwhelm the Capitol Police and to take over the Capitol Building. Many of them had no intent to overthrow our government. They were simple tools for the conspirators.
Also, it is important to note that Donald J Trump, the President and Commander-in-Chief, did nothing as his violent supporters attacked the Capitol and the elected Representatives of the People. But, he did watch it all on TV and was on the phone commanding the attack as it happened.
We cannot forget the history of what happened on January 6th, 2021. It was a "violent" attempt to overthrow our government, with conspirators at every level of our government.
Donald J Trump v United States of America?
It does seem that he is taking it quite literally. The US Justice System cannot hold him accountable. Or so he thinks.
And he may be right? If he can delay and lie until the Republicans take power, then he will be home free. They will pardon all his crimes.
To the victors belong the spoils and this is one big mess of spoils.
More and more each day, it is beginning to feel like it is a struggle between Trump's legal maneuverings and the pursuit of justice.
Which do you think will win?
Can Judge Dearie appeal the latest decision by Judge Loose Cannon...?
...to continue to let Trump lie about the documents without showing any evidence and by delaying the target date to December 16 to finish review of the documents?
Should he appeal to the 11th Circuit again? How many time does the Loose Cannon have to be scolded before she stops doing the dirty work for Donald Trump?
Since the "classified" documents have already been removed, this is nothing but a delay tactic by Trump and his Judge.
The one bright side to the whole stinky mess is that the longer Trump delays, the more truths will come out about all his criminal acts and his treasonous desire to overthrow the government.
The Times, They Are A-Changin'
The Russian people were mostly OK with Putin as he de-stabilized other countries...
...mostly democracies, including the United States.
They enjoyed joking on their state TVs about how Donald was an agent for Russia. Putin could embark upon a small "military operation" into Ukraine and they had no problem, because Donald had given it his blessing.
But, the small "military operation" turned into a disaster and now, Putin needs more troops to protect the front line of his aggression.
He institutes a draft for 300,000 people, probably more, and the Russian people begin to flee the country. They do not want to die for Putin.
Putin's goal was to de-stabilize the world and fulfill his power trip, but, in the end, it looks as if he has de-stabilized his own country and put himself at risk?
The question is, how long will the military support Putin as the situation continues to deteriorate? He is the strongest of the strongmen but he is not assured of being the President for life.
Does the Republican Party believe in "equal justice under law"?
It's an important question for Americans, and for Republicans in particular.
Do they believe anyone is above the law?
Do they believe the law should be applied equally and fairly?
Do they believe big-name politicians, Democrat and Republican, can be guilty of crimes without it being a witch hunt or something "political"?
Do they believe anyone that commits crimes should be held accountable?
What is the Republican idea of "justice"?
