Donald Trump attorney coordinated with Ron Johnson to pass false elector document to Mike Pence

A former Dane County judge who legally represented President Donald Trump coordinated with U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson to pass documents falsely stating Trump won Wisconsin to then-Vice President Mike Pence as Pence was set to confirm Joe Biden as the next president on Jan. 6, 2021, newly revealed messages show.

The Wisconsin document, signed by 10 Republicans who convened in the state Capitol on Dec. 14, 2020, was filled out on the same day the Democratic slate of Wisconsin electors met in the same building to deliver the state's 10 electoral votes to Biden. The meeting of Republicans occurred after the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Biden had won the election.

"We need to get a document on the Wisconsin electors to you for the VP immediately," former Dane County Circuit Court Judge James Troupis sent to Johnson on Jan. 6, 2021, at 11:36 a.m., according to texts provided to Just the News. "Is there a staff person I can talk to immediately. Thanks Jim T."

Boris Johnson Facing Double By-Election Defeat, Warns Poll Guru John Curtice

Boris Johnson is at risk of losing two key by-elections taking place today, according to a leading pollster.

Professor Sir John Curtice said Labour should regain Wakefield, which they lost to the Conservatives at the last general election in 2019.

Meanwhile, the Lib Dems could overturn the Tories’ 24,000 majority in Tiverton and Honiton if enough Labour voters decide to give them their vote this time around.

It would be the first time in 30 years since a sitting prime minister has suffered a double by-election defeat on the same day.

Writing in The Independent, Curtice said: “A swing of a little less than 4 per cent from Conservative to Labour [in Wakefield] would be sufficient for Sir Keir Starmer to reclaim the seat and register his party’s first by-election gain under his leadership.

“Labour ought to have little difficulty in surmounting this hurdle.”

However, the polling expert said Labour need to win by around 20 points - a swing of around 14 per cent since 2019 - to show they are on course for government at the next election.
