Trump’s aggression blew up in his face and he looked weak, desperate and petty. Biden was strong but kept his cool and looked like the grown up. The Biden campaign must be pleased. At the very least the needle didn’t move but I think Biden gained even more ground.

Trump won’t commit to a peaceful transfer of power. I can see why the military signaled they won’t get involved in any election controversies. Just the same. This is seriously psychotic.

I get the caution but we need to start putting boots on the ground so to speak and start knocking on doors old school style. The GOP are doing it. Time to adjust our ground game strategy now. This virtual shit ain’t going to cut it.
Moscow Mitch picking a new judge isn't a done deal
Losing RBG was a cruel blow and I hit the scotch hard last night, pounded my fist on the table and got the rage out of my system and now I am ready to fight like hell. We have Murkowski and we need 3 more defectors. This game isn't over by any means. Time to ratchet up the heat on these moderate republicans. Are they organizing massive demonstrations like the women’s march? Tell me where and when and I am there. Sent another big donation to Biden and the Democrats. No whining. Biden’s lead has been quietly expanding in the battleground states and this is looking like a landslide. Worst case scenario and Moscow Mitch succeeds? After we win we will just expand the USSC to 13, increase the number of federal judges and flood the courts with our picks and push Puerto Rico to embrace statehood giving us 2 more Senators. But we have to win big first. Fight my brothers and sisters! FIGHT! This is our country and we are taking it back.

Good poll numbers are always nice but there is still always some nervous doubt. Well here is a stat even better than polls. In Pennsylvania 150,000 Democratic absentee ballots have been requested FROM VOTERS WHO SAT OUT THE 2016 ELECTION. Now that is something you can sink your teeth in. Trump f-ed himself by attacking early and mail in voting, traditionally a GOP advantage. Now they are the ones who will be standing in line for hours with a pandemic raging. I am confident we will win. But we should not be satisfied with just winning. MAMBA MENTALITY. We are going to crush the GOP in the biggest landslide in American political history. Anything short of that will be a bit of a disappointment for me.
I am editing my comment. I was wrong about the absentee ballot numbers for PA. It isn’t 150,000. It is 175,000!

Great article on Latino-Hispanic voter outreach strategies
Bernie Sanders was very effective with the Latino/Hispanic vote during the primary. We should learn from his campaign. This is an excellent article from Chuck Rocha, the director of his Latino outreach and it has some really great ideas I think.

My Biden campaign report card
I will preface this by saying I am a realist and am not afraid to sound the alarm if something is going sideways. Sugar coating I don’t do. Has Biden run a perfect campaign? No. Has he wildly exceeded my expectations based on his performance in the primaries and the challenges of a pandemic? Absolutely. I am very pleased with how things have shaped up. So I give him an A- thus far. We have neutralized the law and order issue and the cognitive decline issue pretty well. The more Trump does the sleepy joe routine the more he lowers expectations for the debates. We have one area we need to focus on, the Latino/Hispanic vote. There is a lot of cultural stuff going on that I don’t entirely grasp because it is not my scene, but long story short, they are blitzing Latino voters with right wing misinformation and these voters digest media in unique ways. These voters are susceptible to this because they just don’t have familiarity with the history of politics in the USA, at least that is the sense I am getting. Biden is aware of this and Bloomberg is dropping $100M on Florida. We need to understand this right wing media blitz and counter attack in a massive but strategic targeted way that really penetrates the media platform these voters actually use. So this is the weak spot and where we need to focus. Biden heads to Florida this week. Saturate Florida. Let’s go all in and win it. We can do it but we have some work to do. We win Florida this election is heading for a landslide Biden victory

Florida. We should be doing much better. The “socialist” label hurts us there because of all the Cubans. I think Florida is very winnable. We should go all in. Frame Trump as a Castro autocrat and then hammer him for all his racist comments. A $100M ad by from Bloomberg should help. When we had school yard fights it would start with “I claim you”. I claim The Florida GOP. We are going to KICK YOUR ASS!!!!!!!!
My biggest fear about this election
are the volatile nature of these BLM protests. I fully support the cause, but after the bs we saw in Chicago recently, Democrats should be very, very alarmed. The polls are tightening because of this. Use your heads not your hearts team! I remember once when I was in college protesting the clear cutting of redwood forests in N California. I bought a lunch for this sorry looking, homeless hippy guy who joined us in the protest. Big mistake. He turned out to be a psycho. Flipped out and went from a tree hugger dead head to a total right wing right to life literally overnight. He ran around campus handing out offensive flyers and spewing whacked out nonsense. I was embarrassed to know the guy. Then one day he drops ou. I don’t see him for a couple months. He then comes back with a hair cut, clean shaven and a suit and tie, spewing the same exact nonsense. But then all of sudden people began to take him seriously. That was my first foreshadowing of this Trump nightmare.
