What if that is when we are on the upward part of the second wave's curve and it is dangerous? What if it is kinda iffy and it is used as an excuse to "postpone" the voting? What are the odds Trump hasn't thought about this?
I applied the reverse WF Buckley rule. I voted for the most progressive candidate I think can win the general election. I literally made that decision in the voting booth.
When I got to the voting booth, that is. My ID has my old address. so to comply with Texas law I had to fill out an address correction. It all took about 20 minutes. That doesn't seem like much but I was literally the only voter there. When I lived in CO it was way less hassle to vote

If they were so inclined, could a DA in one of those counties, which are overwhelmingly Hispanic and Democratic convene a grand jury and start indicting the people who run those facilities for violating State laws against child neglect/abuse?
while waiting on the courts to rule on McGann or Mueller or Barr or others who are envoking it. Having people from scandals from a time when most Americans weren't even for and with no direct knowledge of the facts in the case at hand only highlights the Democrats' impotence.
