gab13by13's JournalHaving The Trial In Miami Was The Right Decision
For 3 main reasons;
I trust Jack Smith
Trump would have appealed the DC venue all the way to the SC. Do you trust the SC to rule the right way? Once Trump wins that appeal the prosecution is finished, done, there is no do over.
With no reason for an appeal of venue in Miami there is a chance for Smith to get the trial scheduled before the election. They do call Miami the rocket docket.
bonus reason; Smith understands the importance of time.
Trump Only Has 1 Defense Strategy
Get elected president. (emperor)
This next election will be the most important election in our nation's history. GOTFV.
Will Trump Get Bail And An Ankle Bracelet?
I mean he could be considered a flight risk. It may be onerous dragging it around at all of his campaign stops.
If he gets an ankle bracelet I suggest he put it on his left leg so it doesn't affect his golf swing as much.
Bwahahaha.
I know, Trump should be treated like anyone else, but he won't.
Going golfing tomorrow, will ask the Magats at the course what they think. Bwahahaha. I already know what they are going to say.
Thank You Jack Smith
Thank you for understanding the importance of TIME. Thank you for stopping the endless Trump appeals that took forever going clear up to the Supreme Court. Trump was smart to use attorneys to commit his crimes but Smith pierced Trump's attorney-client privilege by taking evidence of criminal activity to a judge using the crime/fraud exception which saved all of the time going to the SC.
One big reason that Smith is having the trial in Florida is because of TIME. There would be several appeals if Smith held the trial in DC which would take TIME.
I hope that Smith can get a trial scheduled before the election so that the American people can see what kind of person Donald Trump is.
Fantastic job Jack Smith.
7 Counts in the Trump Indictment
Wow, I called it for Friday, 1 day off.
The race is on to have the trial before the election, another reason to indict Trump in Florida
Were The Documents Found At Mar-el-Loco Copies
I watched a bit of Lawrence O'Donnell last night. He had on former Trump lawyer Tim Parlatore. Lawrence asked Parlatore about what defense he would have used re: the stolen classified documents, targeting the ones found in Trump's office desk. Lawrence was making the argument it was a water tight case. Parlatore then made my ears perk up, he asked the question, were those documents copies?
It makes one wonder if the moving of the boxes of documents in and out of the storage area was done to make copies of them?
It would seem to me that if all of the documents were copies that would put Trump in more trouble, but I'm just an internet lawyer.
If they are copies, where are the originals? Saudi Arabia? Russia? UAE? Iran? Ivana's casket?
Magats Are Full Of Cortisol
I live in a crime free small borough, don't bother to lock my doors. My town is full of Magats who keep loaded guns in their houses.
Why the difference? It has to do with the brain. The right amygdala of the brain that controls the fight or flight response is more pronounced in Magats. If someone were to knock at my front door, I would open the door. If someone were to knock on my Magat neighbor's door he/she may fire a shot through the door.
Maybe we are approaching the rise in hate crimes, the rise in fear of the other, the wrong way, it is a physical condition. Magats hate minorities, Jews, women, LGBTQ people, because they fear them.
Can we put something in the water or food of Magats to reduce the right amygdala of their brains?
I asked a Magat why he was so afraid that he had to keep a loaded gun in his house, he answered, I keep a loaded gun in my house so that I am not afraid.
This obviously makes these people more susceptible to fear mongering propaganda that they watch on Fox. They can't help themselves, their brains won't let them.

I Learned Something About A Jack Smith Indictment
If Jack Smith decides to indict Donald Trump he does need the approval of Merrick Garland, BUT: if Garland disagrees with Smith he can't just let the indictment die. If Garland disagrees with Smith he must give a reason why he overruled Smith and it must involve something that Smith did wrong in his investigation, it can't just be he thinks it's a weak case.
Once Jack Smith pulls the trigger the indictment isn't locked in stone, but darned close.
If you want to know what's going on, watch only Nicolle Wallace.
I have a feeling about this Friday, but maybe it's just gas? 😊
How Many Life Sentences Do We Need For Trump?
The guy is 77 years old. Convicting Trump of the classified documents crimes is 30 - 40 years in prison.
Why bother with the harder to prove J6 crimes? Convict Eastman, Clark, fake electors, Meadows, Rudy etc. for those.
Just a thought.
The Jack Smith Stolen Documents Grand Jury
The Classified documents grand jury is scheduled to meet this week.
More evidence?
Indictments?
