realistically i dont think there much he could do. He could threaten to curtail/cutoff aid to israel but rather than solving the problem i think that will make it worse. israel has a well trained,well funded army pluse they have nuclear weapons. the israeli goverment is basically run by their version of the maga nut jobs here.
if we were to cut them off im pretty sure that israels response would be the hell with the rest of the world and they would just go in and flatten gaza, consequences and civilian casualties be damned.
the fact of matter is you have a long long history of hatred in that part of the world and nothing the us does is going to change that.
personally i hate netanyahu and the current israeli government honestly i dont think theres much that biden or the US can realistically do. sanctioning israel besides being politically infeasible would just make things worse IMHO.
