Emerson College poll (taken at the same time as CNN): Hillary 48%, Sanders 21%. Biden 21%

This poll was conducted from Sept. 5 to Sept. 8, as opposed to CNN's Sept. 4-8.

In this poll (Emerson), Hillary's lead is very large.

The samples are Likely Voters for Emerson, Registered Voters for CNN.

It is therefore easy to predict that the CNN poll will be the only one reported by the media via news articles and Twitter.

Glenn Greenwald: Biden (who took credit for writing the Patriot Act) is worst alternative to Hillary

Sources:
Buzzfeed (Sept. 10, 2015)

“And the bill John Ashcroft sent up was my bill,” Biden continued, referring to the Patriot Act. The act broadened the surveillance capabilities of U.S. law enforcement agencies as it relates to identifying potential terrorists, and many of its provisions have been opposed by liberal Democrats and civil libertarians.

It wasn’t the first time Biden took credit for the Patriot Act . On Meet the Press that same year, he made similar comments referring to the Omnibus Counterterrorism Act of 1995.

“I introduced the terrorism bill in ‘94 that had a lot of these things in it,” Biden again said.

The Biden-is-surging narrative doesn't apply to Iowa

Where he trails both Sanders and Clinton badly in the latest Quinnipiac poll.

Should Hillary be more rude?

Donald Trump leads all GOP'ers AND Hillary Clinton, despite calling people names, including conservatives he doesn't like (Megyn Kelly), and not apologizing, ever.

Meanwhile, the apologetic Hillary has now lost her lead in Iowa and NH, and anyone thinking the media will leave her alone because she's sorry is dreaming.

Should Hillary at least go down fighting instead of being so afraid of others?

Trump once tried to force old woman into selling him her house (WaPo)

In order to use it as a garage for limousines going into his casino.

The new devastating story is now in the Washington Post. Here is a paragraph:

Demolition crews had set fire to her roof, broken windows and smashed up much of the third floor, according to her attorneys. Still, she didn’t move."

Federal judge strikes down California’s female-only early release program

Source: Sacramento Bee

A Sacramento federal judge ruled Wednesday that an early-release program for women prisoners in California is unconstitutional and must be expanded to include male prisoners.

"When the state draws a line between two classes of persons, and denies one of those classes a right as fundamental as physical freedom, that action survives equal protection review only if the state has a sufficient justification for the classification. Here, the state does not," U.S. District Judge Morrison C. England Jr. declared in a 35-page order.

The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation "shall immediately cease denying admission to the (Alternative Custody Program) on the basis that an applicant is male," the judge ordered. "Male prisoners shall be accepted into the ACP if they are otherwise eligible under (the state) Penal Code....and the implementing regulations."

Pastor outed on Ashley Madison commits suicide

Source: CNN

John Gibson was a pastor and seminary professor. When he wasn't teaching at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, one of his favorite pastimes was fixing cars.
He was married with two children. His daughter, Callie, was teaching in front of 250 college students when she got the call. Her father had killed himself.

It was August 24, six days after hackers exposed the names of millions of people who had signed up for Ashley Madison, the notorious site for those seeking affairs. Gibson's name was on the list.
His wife, Christi, discovered her husband's body.
"It was a moment that life doesn't prepare you for," she told CNNMoney. "I had to call my kids. How do you tell your kids that their dad is gone and that he took his own life?"

Some here will say that he got what he deserved.
I don't think cheaters deserve death. His children , who would certainly want him alive, would agree with me.

Rest in peace.

To Clarify, Hillary Clinton Is Not Sorry for Using a Private Email Account

New York Magazine

In an interview just before the holiday weekend, Hillary Clinton chatted with MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell about her decision to use a private email server at the State Department. "At the end of the day, I am sorry that this has been confusing to people and has raised a lot of questions, but there are answers to all these questions," she said. "And I take responsibility and it wasn’t the best choice."

Some might have interpreted this as an Emailgate apology, particularly because some supporters argue that she'll never move past the issue if she doesn't say she's sorry. But on Monday Clinton clarified that while she may be sorry that a scandal developed, she will not be apologizing for using a private server. She told the Associated Press that while it would have been a "better choice" to have separate accounts, she does not intend to directly apologize because, "What I did was allowed. It was allowed by the State Department. The State Department has confirmed that." "I did not send or receive any information marked classified," Clinton added. "I take the responsibilities of handling classified materials very seriously and did so."
